Rosa’s Thai has four UAE dine-in locations we could verify in July 2026: JBR, Dubai Hills Mall and Dubai Mall in Dubai, plus The Galleria Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi. Business Bay appears on delivery platforms, but that does not make it a customer-facing restaurant; choose a confirmed branch for dining in.

The menu centres on pad Thai, curries, fried rice, stir-fries and shareable starters. Based on the UAE menu currently published by the brand, most main dishes sit around AED48–64 depending on the protein, with prices shown inclusive of VAT. Menus and delivery prices can change, so use the ranges for planning and check the live menu before ordering.
This is an independent information guide, not a restaurant review: we have not claimed to taste dishes we did not personally order, and Rosa’s Thai did not pay for inclusion. Locations, mall details and brand policies were checked on 29 July 2026.

JBR
JBR is the most fully documented branch on Rosa’s Thai Arabia’s website. The brand lists it at M2-B2 on The Walk, with lunch and dinner seven days a week. When checked, the published hours were 11am–midnight Sunday to Thursday and 11am–1am Friday and Saturday. The official phone number is 04 564 4969.
Choose JBR if the meal is part of a beach or Marina day and outdoor seating matters. Ask whether the terrace is operating before making a special trip in summer.
Dubai Hills Mall
Emaar’s directory places Rosa’s Thai on the first floor, with P1 Sports listed as the relevant parking area. This is the easiest branch for Dubai Hills Estate and surrounding residential communities. The old article called it the UAE “flagship”; we found no current first-party evidence that the brand uses that designation, so it has been removed.
Dubai Mall
Google’s current local panel and Rosa’s Thai Arabia’s active social profile both identify a Dubai Mall branch. The panel places it on the Lower Ground Floor near the Waterfall. Because Dubai Mall units and access routes can be confusing, open the mall’s live directory rather than navigating from an old screenshot.
The Galleria, Abu Dhabi
The Galleria’s own directory confirms Rosa’s Thai on Level 2 at Al Maryah Island and identifies Section A parking. This is the Abu Dhabi dine-in branch we could verify from a current mall-owned source. The page’s previous claim of a second restaurant in Al Raha could not be confirmed and has been removed.
Dine-in location or delivery listing?
Delivery apps organise restaurants by service zone, not by the experience a customer can walk into. A listing labelled “Business Bay” may be a delivery operation serving that district. It should not be presented as a dine-in branch unless the brand or a current venue directory publishes a customer address, opening hours and contact details.
The same rule applies when an app shows Rosa’s Thai for Al Raha or another Abu Dhabi district: it proves that an address may be deliverable at that moment, not that a restaurant exists there. Enter the delivery address in the app for current availability and use the four branches above for a planned sit-down meal.
Rosa’s Thai UAE menu prices
The UAE all-day menu linked from the official website displays prices in dirhams and says VAT is included. The examples below are a snapshot of that published menu, not a guarantee for every branch or delivery platform.

A two-person order of one starter and two mains is therefore roughly AED130–180 before drinks on the published menu, depending on proteins and additions. Delivery prices, fees, offers and portion bundles can produce a different total.
What to order by appetite and spice tolerance
Rather than declaring universal “best dishes”, use the menu’s own descriptions to build a balanced order:
- First visit: share spring rolls or the classic platter, then compare pad Thai with one curry and jasmine rice.
- Mild preference: the official menu identifies massaman as the mildest curry. It contains cashew nuts.
- Serious heat: chilli-and-basil flat noodles and green curry carry the three-chilli “Thai spicy” mark on the published menu.
- Meat-free order: many noodles, curries and stir-fries offer a veg-and-tofu option, but vegetarian does not automatically mean vegan.
- Group table: combine something crunchy, a noodle dish, a curry and rice instead of ordering several similarly rich mains.
The brand’s scale is useful: one chilli means “can be spicy”, two means “definitely spicy”, and three means “Thai spicy”. Individual tolerance varies, and a delivery app may not allow the heat level to be changed.
Allergies: dine in or order by phone
This is the most important practical distinction on the official site. Rosa’s Thai says it is unable to cater for allergies on orders placed through online delivery services and apps. For allergy-specific requirements, it asks customers to dine in or place a collection order by phone or in person and inform the restaurant team.
Peanuts and other nuts appear in well-known dishes including pad Thai, satay sauces and massaman curry. The kitchen also handles dairy and other allergens. Menu icons are a starting point, not a substitute for a direct conversation about the specific allergy and cross-contact risk. Read the brand’s current allergen guidance before ordering.
Is Rosa’s Thai “authentic”?
“Authentic” is too blunt to settle with a marketing adjective. Rosa’s Thai is a restaurant group co-founded by Thai chef Saiphin Moore and her husband Alex, beginning in London in 2006. The name came from the East End café whose premises and sign they took over—not from Saiphin being called Rosa.
The UAE menu uses recognisable Thai dishes and ingredients such as tamarind, Thai basil, galangal, coconut milk and fish sauce, while operating in an accessible chain format. A more useful question is whether the dish, heat level, dietary options, price and setting suit the meal you want.

Booking, takeaway and delivery
The brand’s Arabia site offers booking, menu and delivery routes, although its location directory does not display every newer branch consistently. For dine-in, follow the branch through the relevant mall directory or contact Rosa’s Thai Arabia directly. For delivery, enter the exact address rather than assuming one kitchen covers an entire emirate.
