Nammos Dubai reopened on 8 December 2025 after a full redesign, and the version currently trading on Jumeirah Beach Road is a genuinely different animal from the Nammos that closed for renovation. Cycladic arches, turquoise tiling, mahogany sunbeds shaped after vintage Riva boats — the Mykonos original’s owners clearly didn’t want a repaint, they wanted a rebuild. That matters if you’re comparing it to Nikki Beach or O Beach on price alone, because Nammos isn’t really playing the same game. There’s no pool. There’s a 50-metre stretch of private shoreline, a restaurant that runs until 2am, and a bill that skews toward “elegant lunch” rather than “pool party.” Here’s what’s actually true about it, what changed since the reopening, and where the numbers get genuinely murky.
Where Nammos Dubai Is (and where it isn’t)
Nammos sits inside Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, on Jumeirah Beach Road in Jumeirah 2 — not Palm Jumeirah, despite at least one beach club directory getting that wrong. If you’re driving, it’s roughly 15–20 minutes from Downtown Dubai depending on traffic, with valet parking at the resort. Taxis and Careem drop you at the Four Seasons entrance; from there it’s a short walk through the resort to the beach side.
Access is restricted to Four Seasons hotel guests, Nammos restaurant diners, and people who’ve booked the beach club directly — there’s no wandering in off the sand.
Nammos Dubai Beach Price 2026: what we could verify
This is the part every other guide to Nammos either invents or fudges, so let’s be straight about it. Nammos doesn’t publish a fixed price list, and third-party beach club trackers currently quote different figures for the same thing — one lists a AED 200 day pass with a matching AED 200 food and beverage credit, another quotes AED 300 per single sunbed and AED 600 for a double, both “fully redeemable.” A kids’ rate around AED 150 (for under-10s) shows up in one source and a straight 50% discount in another. None of these are dated to after the December 2025 reopening with any confidence, and Nammos’ own booking channel (SevenRooms) doesn’t show rates until you start a reservation.
What we can say with more confidence, cross-checked across sources:
- Beach access is sold per person, generally in the AED 200–300 bracket, with most or all of it redeemable against food and drink on the sunbed — not against the restaurant bill.
- A private beach area for two to four people starts from roughly AED 500, again with a matching credit.

Nammos runs two dress codes depending on where you are standing. On the sunbeds, normal swimwear is fine. The moment you step into the restaurant or lounge — for lunch, dinner, or just to use the loo — the “casual chic” policy kicks in: no sportswear, no flip-flops for men, tailored shorts are acceptable, and anything sheer or overly revealing gets a polite no. Bring a cover-up if you’re planning to eat indoors straight off the sunbed; turning up in just a bikini to the restaurant floor is the fastest way to get stopped at the door. Evenings lean smarter again — think resort elegant rather than beach casual once the sun’s down and the DJ sets start.
Menu: what’s actually good
The kitchen kept its Mykonos-Mediterranean identity through the redesign, with a menu built around sharing rather than individual mains. The dishes that keep coming up across reviews and the venue’s own materials:

Beyond those, expect a fairly deep seafood section (lobster, shrimp, tuna), meat options running from beef to lamb to chicken, and a wine and Champagne list built for the lunch-that-becomes-evening crowd. Nammos vs Nikki Beach vs O Beach: how it actually compares
These three get lumped together constantly and they shouldn’t be, because they’re selling three different afternoons.
Nikki Beach, out on Pearl Jumeira, is the closest thing Dubai has to the original St Tropez blueprint — a proper pool-and-beach club with weekday passes around AED 300 and weekend passes closer to AED 400 (both with F&B credit), cabanas from roughly AED 800, and a Sunday brunch (Amazing Sundays) priced from AED 350 to AED 450 depending on the drinks package. It excludes under-21s from the pool and bar areas and runs a harder party programme than Nammos does.
O Beach, at Habtoor Grand on JBR, is Dubai’s Ibiza import — general entry gets you through the door without a seat, and you pay separately and more for a sunbed, daybed or cabana. The crowd is dressed-up and photo-ready, and the whole operation leans harder into “see and be seen” than either of the other two.
Nammos doesn’t have a pool at all, which immediately rules it out if a pool day is the point of your trip. What it has instead is a proper kitchen, a slower daytime pace built around lunch rather than a DJ set, and a night-time switch that turns the same space into an actual nightlife venue rather than a club that also serves food. If you want to swim laps or lounge poolside, book Nikki Beach or O Beach. If you want a long lunch on the sand that can turn into a proper dinner and doesn’t require you to leave and change venues, Nammos is the better fit — and post-renovation, it’s arguably the best-looking of the three.
Is Nammos Dubai worth it?
For a beach day built around eating well rather than partying hard, yes — the redesign is a genuine upgrade and the location on Jumeirah Beach Road is one of the better stretches of sand in the city. It’s not the venue to pick if a pool matters to you, and it’s not the cheapest afternoon out either, even at the lower end of the price estimates floating around. Confirm the exact rate for your date before you book, because right now nobody outside Nammos’ own reservations team seems to have a fully current number, and that includes every other article ranking for this keyword.
