Mega Campus Summit Dubai is now 20–21 November 2026. Compare the live speaker lists, AED 550–54,000 ticket tiers, timings, seating and entry rules.

Updated 29 July 2026: Mega Campus Summit Dubai 2026 is now scheduled for Friday 20 and Saturday 21 November 2026 at Coca-Cola Arena. Doors open at 9am and the programme runs from 10am to 7pm on both days. The venue currently shows tickets from AED 550. This article has been corrected following the event’s move from its previously advertised September dates.

Mega Campus is not a conventional business conference. It is an arena-sized, two-day programme bringing together speakers from film, sport, science, leadership and public life. James Cameron, Magnus Carlsen, Khabib Nurmagomedov and Dave Ulrich appear on both the venue and ticket seller’s current listings, but the two sales channels do not show an identical speaker roster. That discrepancy matters when a particular name is the reason you are considering a ticket, so we have compared the live listings below.

What changed: the summit is no longer in September

Earlier promotions placed the summit on 19–20 September 2026 and advertised a lower entry price. The current Coca-Cola Arena and Platinumlist pages both place it on 20–21 November 2026, with entry starting from AED 550. If you saved an old screenshot, calendar entry or article, use the November dates.

Detail Current information What to watch
Dates 20–21 November 2026 Replaces the previously promoted September dates
Daily timing Doors 9am; programme 10am–7pm Allow time for ticket and security checks
Starting price AED 550 Live inventory and pricing can change
Access Both summit days Single-day tickets are not shown on the current listings

Which speakers are actually listed?

The safest answer is that the lineup is still evolving. Coca-Cola Arena and Platinumlist agree on several major names, but their current speaker panels differ. We checked both live pages on 29 July 2026.

Speaker Coca-Cola Arena Platinumlist
James Cameron Listed Listed
Magnus Carlsen Listed Listed

Both pages indicate that more speakers may be announced. Neither live sales page currently provides a speaker-by-speaker timetable, so do not book travel around an assumed day or session. Speaker appearances and the running order remain subject to change.

James Cameron appears on both current sales-channel lineups.

Why the confirmed names make an unusual programme

James Cameron brings the perspective of a filmmaker and explorer whose work spans Titanic, the Avatar films and deep-ocean expeditions. Magnus Carlsen is a former classical world chess champion and one of the defining competitive players of his era. Khabib Nurmagomedov retired from professional mixed martial arts unbeaten, while Dave Ulrich is known internationally for his work on human resources, leadership and organisational capability.

The arena’s current panel also includes Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, and theoretical physicist and astrobiologist Dr Christoph Adami. That breadth is the event’s main point: this is a cross-disciplinary lecture programme, not a detailed workshop devoted to one profession.

Mega Campus Dubai ticket prices and what each tier includes

Coca-Cola Arena currently displays three categories. Its page shows AED 550 for Standard, AED 6,000 for VIP and AED 54,000 for Platinum, alongside higher comparison prices. Treat the live checkout total—not an old advert or screenshot—as final.

Ticket Current displayed price Published inclusions
Standard AED 550 Second-tier seating and entry on both days
VIP AED 6,000 Front-sector selectable seating, VIP Lounge, coffee breaks and lunches, plus the 21 November afterparty
Platinum AED 54,000 Front-row armchair, Platinum Lounge with premium catering, speaker autograph/photo session, gala dinner with speakers and the 21 November afterparty

Tabby instalments are shown on the arena listing. Platinumlist says Standard and Light buyers receive best-available automated seating; if a group wants to sit together, its advice is to complete the purchase in one transaction. Check the actual category offered at checkout because availability can change.

Is VIP or Platinum worth it?

The upgrade is primarily about proximity, hospitality and access—not a longer summit. Standard already includes the full two-day programme. VIP only makes sense if front-sector seating, catered breaks and the afterparty have real value to you. Platinum is a hospitality product for buyers who specifically value the published speaker interaction and gala dinner; its AED 54,000 price is almost 100 times the current Standard price.

Before buying either premium tier, save the current inclusions shown during checkout. The event moved dates and the speaker panels are still being updated, so written confirmation is more useful than relying on an older promotion.

How to plan the two days

This is an 18-hour programme across the weekend before travel and entry time. Arriving when doors open at 9am gives you an hour before the advertised 10am start. The programme is scheduled to finish at 7pm each day.

  • Do not assume your preferred speaker’s day. No detailed public running order is currently displayed.
  • Use one buyer for a group. Platinumlist specifically advises this for automated seating categories.
  • Keep both dates free. Current tickets cover the complete two-day summit rather than a selected day.
  • Plan for no re-entry. Platinumlist’s current policy says re-entry is not permitted.
  • Watch your inbox. Platinumlist says e-tickets are sent two days before the event.

Ticket sales are described as final and non-refundable on the ticketing page. Avoid unofficial resale platforms: Platinumlist warns that tickets from secondary sellers may be invalid or duplicated.

Getting to Coca-Cola Arena

Coca-Cola Arena is at City Walk, Dubai. The venue does not sit directly beside a Dubai Metro station, so a taxi or ride-hailing drop-off is usually the simplest public-transport option. If driving, leave extra time for City Walk traffic, parking and the large audience arriving for a 10am start.

The organiser says it expects about 13,000 attendees. That is a promoter estimate rather than a guaranteed attendance figure, but it is enough reason to avoid arriving close to programme time. For current venue entry and bag rules, consult the Coca-Cola Arena visitor information before setting out.

What makes this event different—and what it does not promise

Mega Campus is broad by design. A filmmaker, chess champion, undefeated former MMA champion, tourism executive, scientist and management thinker can create connections that a single-industry conference cannot. That is its strongest proposition for founders, executives, creators and curious generalists.

The trade-off is depth. The published format is a sequence of arena talks, not small-group tuition, and the public pages do not currently promise a workshop with every speaker or personal access for Standard buyers. Buy for the overall two-day programme rather than an imagined one-to-one encounter or a topic that has not been announced.

The bottom line

Mega Campus Summit Dubai now takes place on 20–21 November 2026, not in September. The current entry price is AED 550, doors open at 9am and the summit runs from 10am to 7pm on both days. James Cameron, Magnus Carlsen, Khabib Nurmagomedov and Dave Ulrich are the safest headline names because they appear on both current sales-channel lineups.

The unresolved speaker differences are not a minor footnote. If Robert Greene, Wim Hof, Issam Kazim or Dr Christoph Adami is decisive for you, check the live arena and ticketing pages immediately before purchase and again when the detailed schedule is released.
