Its minimum bowling age is four, and the venue combines the lanes with laser tag, arcade and physical attractions, making it practical when a family or group cannot agree on one activity.

The group calculation is useful: six weekday players splitting an hour pay about AED 26.67 each. By comparison, one individual game each costs AED 240 in total. Bowling shoes are included and mandatory; bring socks or buy a new pair at the counter. Children under ten must have a parent or guardian on the lanes. Weekday reservations are available online, but the venue says weekends and public holidays operate on a strict walk-in basis—arrive early rather than assuming you have a lane.

The useful distinction is purpose: do not travel to Wavehouse expecting the lane depth of DIBC. Book it when you want bowling to sit inside a Palm Jumeirah meal or family day. Atlantis is advertising a time-limited family bundle from 23 March to 31 August 2026 for AED 495 for two adults and two children, including one bowling game, AED 50 arcade credit per person, meals and four non-alcoholic drinks. Choose per game when one or two people want a guaranteed ten frames without watching the clock. Choose per lane/hour when four to six people can split the bill and are happy to bowl at the pace the booking allows.
